Enable New Zealand will not accept hearing aid subsidy applications for hearing aids that have not been successfully trialled by Consumers. Audiologists must not submit Hearing Aid subsidy applications until the trial is successfully completed and we will require the client to sign the new form to confirm that they have completed the trial and paid for and received the hearing aid/s.
