Changes within the RTL platform from Monday 23 March 2015
From Monday 23rd March significant changes are being introduced as Enable New Zealand moves to a single sign on function between the Prioritisation Tool and Enable Online with RTL service requests for Band 2, Band 3 and Basic Housing. At the same time, the Band 1 service request system will be fully automated.
It is important for our EMS Assessors to understand that service requests will be managed in the following way online.
