Product selection fields and codes updated
Please note these changes made to the new system overnight on 1 November 2019.
Re-issue equipment asset number field now working
You can now type the asset number into the asset number field (rather than the notes field).
Non-list items can be requested
You can now request non-list items for all Band 2, Band 3 and Band 2&3 equipment service categories. (Previously you could only order under service category band 2&3.)
Use the Add New Product button to request non-list items and follow the prompts in the pop-up box.
Tip: If a pop-up box doesn’t display, check your pop-up blocker. Contact your IT helpdesk if you need assistance.
Like for Like product category in place
In the Product Selection screen:
- select product Category then product name ‘Like for Like’.
- type the word ‘Like’ into the Search field. The Product Name field displays as ‘Like for like replacement’.
- select product and continue as usual.
Please note: Remember to attach form ENAE208 Replacement Equipment in the Eligibility Details screen.
2-character ordering code now working
You can now search by 2-character ordering codes (as per our MOH list equipment catalogue). For example, K9, S4, T4.
Tip: If you’re having trouble finding a product you’re accredited to request, try searching by product name.
JDE number: You can no longer search by JDE number.
Items to Deliver screen – important reminders
Please be sure to complete all relevant fields to ensure that products are delivered to the correct address and person. The contact phone number is important in case there are issues with a delivery.
Other Address details
If selecting Other Address delivery option, be sure to enter a C/O name, contact number and unit building address fields. See the completed example below.

Client Address or Assessor Address details
If selecting the client’s address or your address for delivery:
- only use the C/O field if the contact person for delivery is someone other than yourself or your client. For example, a caregiver or neighbour.
- always enter a contact number in the Phone field.
Delivery instructions
Use Delivery Details notes to enter any delivery instructions, such as property access.

The system does seem much less chunky than the RTL (and quicker – hooray & thank you!)
Easy to use, faster and so many steps have been cut out
I've been in this morning ordering some band 2&3 items and I can see lots of positive changes with the new system
If you have experienced teething problems with the system, we appreciate your patience and apologise for any inconvenience. Please continue to let us know about your experiences using our survey.
