Enable Online RTL to be replaced
This notice is to inform you of an upcoming Enable New Zealand technology change that will affect EMS equipment assessors.
We will soon introduce a new online system to replace the existing Enable Online RTL system. This new system will include a more streamlined interface that will improve your experience on the platform.
Please continue all current processes until we notify you. However, to ensure your transition to the new system is as smooth as possible, please consider the following suggestions.
Are your contact details correct?
Please log in to your EMS Assessor Online account and check that your contact and employer details are current and correct.
- We will use your EMS Assessor Online email address to send out login details for the new system.
- If you need help updating your details, refer to the EMS Assessor Online registration user guide.

Is your documentation current?
- Please email us any outstanding documents we have requested.
- Please go into RTL and cancel or close any incomplete drafts that are not required.
Open trials unaffected
You can continue to submit trial requests in RTL for the time being. Any trials still open are not affected, because we manage trial requests ‘outside’ RTL once submitted.
