New outreach request submission process starting 2nd November 2020
Enable New Zealand (ENZ) is pleased to announce the introduction of the ProWorkflow (PWF) system for submitting all request for our Wheelchair and Seating Outreach clinics.
From 2nd November 2020, PWF will replace the current Wheelchair and Seating/Postural Management Outreach requests submitting service, which is currently by email. Once you have submitted your fully completed documentation, an appointment time will be arranged for the next available clinic. Why are we implementing this change?
- To reduce duplication of client and assessor information and re-uploading documents across multiple systems
- To retain visibility of your request from submitting the Outreach Request to the completion of the Wheelchair and Seating/Postural Management Service Request
Please note:
- Existing requests can remain in the current system – there will be no need to resubmit your existing outreach request in PWF
- There will be NO Outreach clinics during the month of December 2020 and January 2021
