Enable Online RTL hearing services’ system to be replaced

Enable New Zealand will soon introduce a new system to replace Enable Online RTL. The new system will have a more streamlined interface and will enable us to provide better and faster services going into the future.

To ensure your transition into the new system is as smooth as possible, please consider the following:

Are your trials up-to-date ?

Please progress and update the status of your trials. If closing a trial you must make them ‘successful’ or ‘unsuccessful’ in RTL. See our hearing funding scheme RTL user guide for assistance.

Is your documentation current?

Please email us any outstanding documents we have requested.

Are your contact details correct?

Please log into your EMS Assessor Online account and check that your contact and employer details are current and correct.

  • We will use your EMS Assessor Online email address to send out login details for the new system.
  • If you need help updating your details, please refer to the EMS Assessor Online registration user guide.
