The New ACC Housing Modification Service

The new ACC Housing Modification Service is in place from the 1 October 2016 and Enable New Zealand have implemented a Project Management tool, ProWorkflow, to assist with the delivery of this service.

Enable New Zealand will be using this new tool to manage the new referrals received from 3 October 2016.

The tool provides Enable New Zealand with the ability to collaborate across the different internal teams involved in the delivery of this service.

ProWorkflow will not be used by Case Managers and Assessors at this time, however, you will notice that the emails that you receive from us will now look different. They will still appear in your Outlook Inbox and you can still use the reply function to respond but the format of our emails has changed.

What you will see in the emails going forward:

  1. Email from Enable New Zealand to either a Case Manager or Assessor.
  2. When you reply to the message you will see a unique addressee in the To field.
    This links your reply to the ProWorkflow record and will automatically assign your reply to the correct record in ProWorkflow, please do not edit this email address.
    You will not be able to access ProWorkflow and can only reply to messages that are sent to you.
