ProWorkflow to replace RTL for MoH housing requests
We are now using ProWorkflow (PWF) to manage Ministry of Health EMS housing service requests. As we already use ProWorkflow for EMS advice requests, this change provides a more streamlined process by only having to use one system for both types of requests.
What this means for EMS housing assessors
- From 12 August 2019 you will no longer need to use Enable Online RTL to submit housing requests.
- All housing requests submitted since February 2018 can now be found on ProWorkflow.
- All EMS advice requests that result in a housing service request will stay on ProWorkflow.
Already using ProWorkflow?
You can use your current login to submit EMS housing requests.
Never used ProWorkflow?
You will need to request a login.Either email ppa@enable.co.nz or use our online request form. You must include your name, phone number and correct work email address.

Note for new users:
- You will have 72 hours (3 days) to re-set your user name and password, or you will have to request another re-set.
- Open ProWorkflow in Chrome internet browser, where possible.
