RTL spectacle subsidy applications close-off date brought forward

Further to our notice of 24 May 2019.

We urgently advise you that the close-off date for spectacle subsidy applications in RTL has been brought forward by 24 hours.

RTL not available after 30 May

You will be unable to access our RTL spectacle subsidy system after 4pm Thursday 30 May 2019.

This is a change to the date previously advised.

The reason for this change is to ensure a successful data migration before the new Enable Specs App goes live on 4 June.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience to you.

Update on training materials

We anticipate sending out a further notice on Wednesday afternoon, 29 May, with details of:

• our training video and supporting materials, and
• how and when you will receive your new user ids and access to the Enable Specs App.
