New Specs App - Issues
Good afternoon
We are pleased to have received feedback that the new Enable Specs App system is easier to use and much faster than RTL.
However, some of you have experienced certain issues or delays with:
- Notification of subsidy approval
- Searching and finding application details for clients (use NHI number only for initial search)
- Zero subsidy balances for some eligible children
- Decisions about General & Exceptional Circumstances applications.
We expect these issues to be resolved within the next week and to clear any backlogs as soon as possible.
