Specs App unavailable overnight Thursday 17 October from 7pm
Notice to optometrists and ophthalmologists
The Enable Specs App will be temporarily shut off overnight from 7pm on Thursday 17 October until 8.30am Friday 18 October.
This outage is necessary to allow us to move our equipment ordering system off RTL and onto the new platform, which is shared with the Specs App.
During the outage you will be unable to submit spectacle subsidy applications.
When the Specs App is available again you will be able to submit applications in the usual way. There will be no changes to the Specs App itself.
